We organize excursions around the park for your class trip or graduation, birthday celebration, company group trip or any other occasion. You can choose one of three excursions - short, long or an excursion with overnight stay.

Educational excursions are held in Žalvaris Park for students, their teachers and their parents. They include interesting educational elements that help them understand the importance of nature and culture. We are talking about sorting, nature conservation, relationships with the environment and general understanding of life. These interesting excursions are often interactive and engaging for students, encouraging them to actively participate and learn new things. Depending on the time of year, during the student excursion, time is allocated for swimming, cooking and other entertainment. These excursions will not only leave students with unforgettable impressions, but will also provide useful life lessons. Excursions can be booked both to celebrate student graduations and as an additional learning tool during school educational days. Educational excursions in Žalvaris Park are a great opportunity to expand the circle of knowledge and spend quality time in nature.

guided tours for adults

Educational tours of the park are also conducted for adults, since park tours are not only educational, but also entertaining. Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties are celebrated in the park, companies come to spend active time in nature. By choosing a simple tour of the park, you can enjoy the beauty of nature, relax and enjoy wonderful moments with friends, family or colleagues. And by choosing a tour with accommodation and having much more free time, you can organize a disco in the entertainment hall, feast on brought treats, relax outside by the fire or engage in active activities: swimming, playing volleyball, football, basketball or engaging in other park entertainment. There is also the option of additionally ordering a hot tub, sauna and drive-in cinema service. After this interesting tour for adults, we guarantee that you will leave the park in a great mood and full of good, positive emotions.

Information about tour types

The short tour - lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. During the tour, your guide will tell you about the most important exhibits of the park, their origins and meaning, and you can try out some fun activities. The minimum group size is 10 people.
The long Tour - lasts 4 hours. In addition to listening to stories and having fun, you will compete for medals in orienteering competitions, relay races, target practice, limbo dancing and the opportunity to cook food. There is also a room for participants in the long excursion called "The Barn" which can accommodate up to 60 people. This is the place to eat, rest or, in bad weather, play games under the roof. The minimum number of participants is 30.
The duration of the overnight excursion is 15:00 - 09:00. The programme is the same as for the long excursion, with the possibility of ordering a hot tub, a sauna and watching films in the car (participants must provide their own films). You can also organise a disco, spend the evening around the campfire, cook your own food or order prepared food from our partners. You can sleep in tents or indoors. The minimum number of participants for an overnight excursion is 30.

Educational excursions are organised throughout the year.

In June, the minimum number of participants for a long excursion is 40 people. Although we are closed on weekdays during the cold season, both weekend and weekday excursions are possible. Pre-registration and payment in advance are required.

Information about the reservation fee

A booking fee is required to reserve a date for an educational excursion and is included in the total price of the excursion. The booking fee is non-refundable if the customer decides to cancel the excursion. If you give at least one month's notice of rescheduling the tour, the booking fee will be transferred and there is no need to pay again.
